I would like to provide feedback regarding the behavior of your taxi driver. I booked a ride with bill number 11930, traveling from DMK Airport to Le Tada Hotel (near Victory Monument).



While I have no issues with your pricing, the driver’s attitude completely ruined my trip. He was rude, impolite, and unfriendly. Additionally, he kept staring at me even though I tried my best to remain polite throughout the ride.



I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by your driver and feel it is important to share my experience. I will be sharing my feedback about your taxi service on social media platforms to warn others.



I hope you take this complaint seriously and work to improve the behavior of your drivers.
